New York City-based cellist Claire Bryant enjoys an active and diverse career as a leading performer of chamber music, contemporary music, and the solo cello repertoire. Ms. Bryant is a founding member of the acclaimed chamber music collective, Decoda, an Affiliate Ensemble of Carnegie Hall; and has most recently joined the Toronto-based Cecilia String Quartet for their final season in 2017 - 2018. The founder and director of Decoda's justice initiative, Music for Transformation, Claire's leadership in music for criminal justice reform has been recognized by two invitations to perform at the White House during the Obama administration.
