Vince Peterson is a musical hero of mine. Fans of Chanticleer will have grooved to his jaw-dropping a cappella arrangement of Freddie Mercury’s “Somebody to Love,” but Peterson is also the founding director of New York City’s Choral Chameleon, a program whose goal is to expand both the imagination and the materials for choral singing.
