Doing Good: Young Musicians Making a Difference

Doing Good: Young Musicians Making a Difference

Call for submissions

Are you a high school student who uses music to do good in your community? We want to hear your story! 21CM has partnered with Rowman & Littlefield Publishing to celebrate young musicians making a difference. We are offering three cash prizes for your organization: First place wins $500, second place $300 and third place $200. We’ll feature all three winners in 21CM, where your story will be shared with thousands of monthly readers. Additionally, the top 10 submissions will receive a signed copy of Mark Rabideau’s “Creating the Revolutionary Artist: Entrepreneurship for the 21st Century Musician.”

Submissions must be made by September 1, 2018.

Follow these three steps to tell us how you’re doing good in your community.

Step 1: Create a simple video that tells your story

The video should be three minutes or less. No bells and whistles or fancy editing – just you, in your room or town or near your organization, talking to us.

Step 2: Upload your video

Submit your video via YouTube. Note the URL, as you’ll need to enter it in the form below.

Step 3: Fill out the form below

Read over the form before getting started so you’ll know what information you’ll need to supply.
